Tag-a-longs Review & Giveaway...

If you are a mom to more than one child you have probably been in the situation where you have one in the stroller and another walking alongside it.  At least you hope your older child is walking alongside it!  A&W are old enough to definitely NOT want to be in the stroller with Baby R but they are still unreliable when it comes to walking solo.  I was glad to have stumbled across this cool  product called the Tag*a*Long.

The Tag*a*Long is this super cool "belt like" handle that attaches to your stroller in about 5 seconds without tools (perfect for a clueless tool wielding Mama like myself!).  The beauty of the Tag*a*Long is that it gives your older child his or her own space on the stroller to hold onto.  The "Tag*a*Long" is all theirs to hold onto as you navigate the world knowing they are holding onto their handle.    What really works about the Tag*a*Long, in my opinion, is the whole "visual thing".  Young kids need a good visual and repeating "hold onto the stroller" 87 times does not really work...or at least not for me.  What works better?  "Grab your handle please".  For some reason if kids are given a brightly colored gadget they will go to it and they will actually want to hold onto it.  Imagine!

Obviously, your child is not tethered to the Tag*a*Long so you still must use common sense when in traffic or super busy situations.  I love it the most for the mall and walks in the park....they have a sense of independence and they remain next to you...perfect!
