Scooby-Doo! Mystery Inc. Season 1 Volume 1...Review & Giveaway

As I mentioned in an earlier post, our family recently took a road to trip to Burlington.  A four hour drive can be a bit of an, ahem, "challenge" with three children aged four and under but I had a plan.  Snacks, songs and a couple of brand new DVD's for the car player.  I think the just released Scooby-Doo Mystery Inc.  Season 1 Volume 1 is what saved us all from certain meltdowns on a couple of occasions. We are actually a family full of Scooby-Doo fans so when I heard this DVD was going to be released I was thrilled to be able to review it.  Here is the scoop on Scoob...

I am such a fan of the Scooby-Doo series and think the Mystery Inc. addition is just so much fun.  There are still the same familiar characters but there are involved with new mysteries and relationships (Velma and Shaggy....zoinks!!).  A&W are absolute super fans of all things Scooby-Doo and this DVD was no exception.   The episodes are a little bit scary but not too much so and still in a way that is appropriate for the younger set while keeping older ones (me, me, me!) watching.  There is somethings so satisfying to me in sharing an old favorite with my children.  I loved Scooby-Doo as a kid and it is fun to watch and experience all that over again with the kids.  A&W have watched this multiple times and it is fast becoming a favorite.  In our home the mysteries never get old and the kids want to watch them over and over again.   Here is a taste of the fun you can expect from this Scooby-Doo offering...
