I am going to say one thing right off the bat....after the first time I used these hot rollers I threw my old set away. I had the "old school" rollers with the u-shaped metal fasteners and I could never quite get those right. The clips are SO EASY to do....it took me about half the time to do than with my other set. The fact that they took such a short time to heat up was also a huge bonus. I don't have a ton of time to fuss with my hair on most days. I got the rollers clipped in, got dressed, picked up stray cheerios off the floor and settled down and tantruming 2 year old and then unclipped them! The results? Big, shiny curls! I was so happy with the results. With very little effort I had some pretty spectacular hair (who cares if I was wearing yoga pants and an old t-shirt!). I will say that I use quite a bit of styling spray to hold the curl because the curl does lose its' bounce after a bit.
