We are usually cleaning up so we can do something else...so we don't get to that something else until the room is clean...so the faster we clean, the faster we're done. That's my speech! :)

My twins like power puff girls so to get them to clean up their abc blocks I made something fun for them. I took a large target cheese puff container and cleaned it out. I then printed out pics of the power puff girls with abcs and taped them to the box. They love it and clean up their blocks now!

Giving simple directions: e.g. pick up the blocks and put them in this box helps. I think they get overwhelmed with a big mess to clean up.
