Morphology Game...R&G!

I love games...particularly  board games.  I grew up having long game marathons with my parents and the joy I felt in gathering together to play has never left me!  I will whip out a board game any chance I get which is why I was delighted to have the opportunity to review Morphology!  Morphology is a game that sounded fun, challenging and completely unique from anything I had ever played before.  Here's how to play...

1. DIVIDE INTO TEAMS.
2. DRAW A WORD FROM THE DECK.
3. USE THE SHAPES AND PIECES TO BUILD THE WORD.
4. GET YOUR TEAMMATES TO GUESS WITHIN THE ALLOTTED TIME.
5. IF YOU GUESS CORRECTLY, MOVE YOUR TEAM FROG FORWARD ONE LILY PAD. THE FIRST TEAM TO REACH FINISH WINS

Curious about what I mean about the shapes and pieces?  Well, how about wooden sticks, cubes and a piece of string??  Here is what you have to work with....

As you can imagine, it is hilarious to see what people come up with when trying to create their assigned tasks!  Some are harder than others but most are quite challenging!  Each time we have played this we have ending up laughing and marveling at one another's creativity.   There are twists to the game like creating with your eyes shut (yikes!) that keep the game ever fresh and exciting.  Morphology is recommended for ages 13 and up but I would say a younger child could participate with help.  This is a wonderful family game night game and is sure to become a classic favorite in your home...it already is in mine!  You can purchase this game today on Amazon...
