Can you see why I was excited. Yummy! We were sent the Roasted Garlic Peppercorn to try out and it is DELICIOUS! I have used it two ways....once with steak on the grill and once as a seasoning for roasted potatoes. It was equally as wonderful on both. The flavor was bold but not in an overpowering way and gave a real restaurant quality to both dishes. I was also VERY impressed by the cost. Four ounces retails for $5.49 and a little goes a long way. As I mentioned, I have used my package for two meals and I have barely made a dent. This is a great value for a delicious restaurant quality dry rub! You can't go wrong. I am thinking a variety pack of these rubs would make a super father's day gift.
