America's Favorite Neighbor changed
millions of lives. Watch real-life neighbor Benjamin Wagner, a journalist, and
his brother Christofer come to know more than just the man and his luminous
legacy. Their personal journey unearths the roots of Mister Rogers' values,
unmasks the forces acting against depth and simplicity, and helps them to
develop the means to lead deeper, simpler lives.
This DVD is an absolute treasure!! I was actually quite emotional watching it. If ever there was a time to embrace the nature of Fred Rogers it is now in a time of bullying and excess. The people who knew Mr. Rogers describe a man who had a love the of the simpler things, children and a keen sense of how to create peace and love for all those around him. I truly found myself looking inward as I watched this show. How can I be more like this wonderful man?? Why can't we ALL be more like him? Wouldn't that be the most wonderful gift of all. I think this DVD is a must watch and it is one I will watch time and time again and share with whoever I can. You can pick this DVD on the PBS store by clicking HERE or by purchasing on Amazon....
I have been lucky enough to see a lot of great DVD's this year but this one is THE BEST I have seen yet. Don't miss out!
I am so glad to tell you that my friends at PBS are giving FOUR lucky RBM readers a copy of the DVD Mr. Rogers & Me. Thanks so much to the sponsor and here is how to enter...

Shrimp One commonly used method of HIIT training is to work hard for 1 minute and then recover for 1 minute. For fat burning purposes, it is best to slow to a jog during your recovery period rather than stopping entirely. You will burn more calories this way. This work and recovery cycle gets repeated for the duration of the workout. They digest it very poorly, he says, so what happens is much of the calories turn into fat, and yet the dog remains hungry because they are not getting the nutrient they need. Medically speaking, the health condition in which excessive fat accumulation on the body occurs that has negative effects on health is known as obesity. Millions of men, women and children suffer from this health condition all over the world. This condition is growing rapidly as more and more people are drawn towards a poor lifestyle that includes consumption of fatty food, less exercise and even lesser rest. All these factors lead to obesity, which in turns leads to many health conditions that take a toll on one's health. An individual is considered obese if his/her bodyweight is at least 20% higher than it should be. Also, the body mass index (BMI) should be above 30. Though with all the promises the new product brings, users should always remember that the product alone is not enough to consider it's effectively and its capability to help you in losing weight. Phen375 would serve only as a dietary supplement for those who want to achieve that 'Megan Fox Figure' they always dreamed of.
