California Wine Club....The Gift That Keeps On Giving! Give Away!

You  may remember last month when I filled you in on the wonderful California Wine Club (read my full post HERE).  The California Wine Club offers members quality wine delivered right to your door.  What a great gift idea!!

The California Wine Club was started by Bruce and Pam Boring in 1990 when they became frustrated trying to figure out which wine to choose from the many options out there. They created the California Wine Club in the spirit of "one friend helping another" choose a wine. I love this and I feel like it gives the experience a personal feel! There are four fantstic packages to choose from....

Our Premier Club is our most popular wine gift, featuring monthly shipments of two bottles of award-winning wine from California’s best “mom & pop” wineries and our entertaining 12-page, full-color newsletter, Uncorked®. Wine gifts start at just $36.95*.

Our upper-level club, Signature Series, offers only the rarest and most coveted wines from California. Shipments include two to four bottles of highly rated wine and detailed tasting notes. Wine gifts start at $124*.

Our International Selections features small wineries from around the world. Shipments include two bottles of outstanding wine and an engaging full-color newsletter. Wine gift prices start at $71*.

For a rare and extraordinary gift, consider the Aged Cabernet Series. Our newest and most exciting club features finely aged Cabernets from Napa’s most prestigious wineries. Wine gifts start at $197*.

I was lucky enough to be sent two lovely wines this month from Daniel Gehrs Chenin Blanc a Merlot and  a White.  The Merlot was a big award winner and I could see why.  It was amazing and one that I will turn to again and again.  My husband and I both enjoyed the white.  It was a dry wine with a strong (but not overpowering) fruity flavor.  This one is also an award winner.  The bottles were lovely and arrived festively wrapped for the holidays....

I felt both of the wines were fantastic and well chosen just as the selections from last month were.  Bravo California Wine Club! If you are looking for a unique gift that WILL be appreciated be sure to visit The California Wine Club.  While you are at it, pick up a membership for yourself.  You deserve it!

I am delighted to tell you that one lucky RBM reader will win a $50 Gift Certificate to the California Wine Club!  To enter you MUST BE 21!  Please use the Rafflecopter form below to enter.  Good luck!
