Christmas Magic: A Changing Picture Book by Kirsten Hall....Review & Give Away!

The kids and I have been completely captivated by a beautiful book for the last few days.  Christmas Magic:  A Changing Picture Book by Kirsten Hall and illustrated by Simon Mendez is a real holiday gem.  Here are the details....

Have a merry, old-fashioned Christmas with this enchanting book! With the pull of a tab, Santa and his reindeer-driven sleigh fly across a beautiful night sky and over the rooftops. A snow-covered evergreen suddenly lights up beside a glowing fire. Little chefs create a perfect gingerbread house. All these special Christmas moments, and more, magically appear in this stunningly illustrated changing picture book. Kirsten Hall's lyrical verses will delight readers of all ages and Simon Mendez's exquisite art brings the holiday season to life.

This book is simply beautiful.  Each of the pages brings you to a holiday scene that changes with the pull of a tab.  The illustrations are gorgeous and bring this the family to life as they share holiday traditions together.  The rhyming verses are a pleasure to read.  I also want to mention that the pull tabs and pages are very sturdy making it able to withstand pull after pull from the kiddos.  This book is perched on our coffee table and will be for the entire holiday season.  Be sure to pick up your copy today....

I am delighted to tell you that the publisher is giving one lucky RBM reader a copy of Christmas Magic!  Thanks so much to the sponsor!  To enter, click on the Rafflecopter link below. a Rafflecopter giveaway

We go to a local church hall to see hundreds of Nativites on loan by area residents, many from other countries, made of marble, wood, paper, yarn, etc...., and even banana leaves!
It is fun to go as a family, it is an awesome sight.

As kids, we got new pajamas on Christmas Eve as a gift we could open because we were so excited. Now, I've made a tradition of getting a new book and reading it as a family on Christmas Eve. This would be a great book for our family tradition.
