6 Hard Boiled Eggs
3 Tbs. Mayonaisse
1 Tbs. Sugar
1 tsp Mustard (I like to use spicy brown)
1 tsp Vinegar
To Boil Eggs: Add a splash of vinegar to the water (helps the shells to come off more easily) Bring to a rolling boil and then reduce to medium boil for an additional 10 minutes. Chill eggs to keep the yolks yellow. Remove shells and cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and put in medium bowl. Mash yolks and add mayo, sugar, mustard and vinegar. Spoon mixture back into egg white halves. Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika and serve. Yield: 12 deviled eggs.
These go fast so I will often double the recipe. Enjoy!!
