Happy New Year: Happier You! Day 4 ...Take Your Vitamins!
Take your vitamins. This one is so easy, right? It should be but for some reason my vitamin bottle collects dust and I "forget" to take them more than I take them. So, today, I put the bottle in the cupboard right next to my coffee ( I never forget to grab that!). Vitamins are an excellent way to make sure you don't miss any important nutrients in your diet which will, in turn, make you healthier and happier....or at least it can't hurt. So, when you make your coffee this morning, grab a vitamin too!
