Sick Day Smoothie!

Yesterday I woke up with a bad sore throat and almost no voice  :(.  I don't have time for this so today I'm trying to boost my immune system with a super charged smoothie.  Here is my recipe.... Sick Day Smoothie 1 cup fresh strawberries 1/2 cup fresh blueberries  1 cup vanilla soy milk  1/2 cup frozen raspberries  1 tablespoon super seed and ancient grain blend  Directions:  blend all in blender at high speed.  Drink. Enjoy. Heal. You get the seed blend at Trader Joe's and I use it all the time in my smoothies.
